Show us your skills at the Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa (IWMSA) KwaZulu-Natal Branch's 19th Annual Golf Day!

The competition will be in the form of a Four Ball Alliance - two scores to count on all holes. The best player of the day will be awarded a trophy and the winning team will receive a floating trophy.

Costs: R 2000.00 per four ball

Time: 10:00 am

Players

Caddies: All four balls are to be accompanied by at least one caddie, or at least one spotter in the case of carts being used. Caddie fees are R160, payable in cash immediately after the round, plus R40 for the caddies lunch voucher.  An additional R10 payable in the Pro Shop towards the Caddie Foundation.

Valuables: The club cannot be held responsible for any valuables unless they are handed into the office for safekeeping.

Golf carts are available for hire through the Pro Shop. All bookings to be made directly with the Pro Shop on 031 3131777.

No visitors will be allowed to use their own carts, therefore no trail fee is applicable.

 

Sponsors

We encourage all participating teams and members to contribute generously towards the prizes. Remember, the game is a Four Ball Alliance. That is, four of the same prize is preferable.

Hole Sponsors:

Cost: R1 500.00 - you will be entitled to place your advertising boards | banners and or product on any of the remaining tees | greens.  This is on a first-come, first serve basis and tables and chairs will be set up for a limited number of sponsored holes by Durban Country Club.  Should you wish to bring beverages, please contact Angie Cockburn for further details.  Your company’s name will be mentioned on the list of sponsors.  A copy will be given to each player as well as displayed on the sponsor board, situated in the Club House at the prize giving.

Dress regulations

Collared shirts, trousers with belt and golf socks to be worn if wearing short trousers.  No takkies, open shoes or denims to be worn on the course (The full dress regulations are available on request).
